World Wetlands Day 2020 Clean Up at Radnor Lake

February 2
7am-10am
Come join us at 7am to kick-off World Wetlands Day at Radnor Lake. We are in need of volunteers to help us clean up streams and wetland transition areas that feed into Radnor Lake as part of our watershed protection efforts. This will be a ranger led, off trail volunteer clean up and provide park visitor with a different perspective of our watershed protection efforts at the natural area. Volunteers are asked ot wear clothes and shoes they can get dirty as we will be working along side these stream and wetland transition areas to leave these sensitive habitats better than we found it. Gloves, bottled water and high visibilty vest will be provided by Friends of Radnor Lake. Volunteers also needed to help sort all of the trash collected as part of our recycling efforts at Radnor Lake.
