Travelers Insurance Volunteers at Radnor Lake
13 volunteers from Travelers Insurance came out to work with our park staff on Friday, September 18th. The focus of this volunteer effort was trail projects on the South Lake Trail including replacing Trex decking on a foot bridge and removing old handrails for replacement on the middle access of the South Lake Trail.
Thank you to all our volunteers who came out today and to our park staff for working thru the heat today to help improve our trails at Radnor Lake. Special thanks to Friends of Radnor Lake who provided bottled water, Gatorade, tools, gloves, insect repellent, sunblock, and lunch from Jason’s Deli for our volunteers!
