New Property Acquisition Hike – Harris Ridge Trail Project

Come join Park Manager Steve Ward and Ranger Brandon Jarratt for a moderate hike on our latest land acquisition at Radnor Lake. This 9-acre parcel located at the corner of Franklin Pike and Old Hickory Blvd known as the Mantra Tract is the latest addition to our Harris Ridge Trail Project. Participants will get to see current resource management on the new property, see our progress over the past few months including demolition of two residences and take a short-moderate educational hike to see upcoming plans associated with our Harris Ridge Trail Project.

In addition, there will be a 45-minute volunteer component to our hike as we will ask all attendees to assist us pick up trash/sort recycling from our clean-up efforts.

Registration required. Ages 12 and up, no pets allowed. This hike will start promptly at 9am and will be less than 1 mile moderate on relatively flat terrain.
