Immature bald eagle at Radnor Lake (December 19th, 2014)

This immature bald eagle was seen this afternoon (Friday, December 19th) at Radnor Lake State Natural Area by SIR Will Peters while conducting a waterfowl identification program for park visitors on the causeway.
