HCA Volunteer Day at the Harris Ridge Trail Project

On November 20th, over 35 volunteers from our partners at HCA came out to help us work on the Harris Ridge Trail Project at Radnor Lake. Our workday focus was pulling & cutting invasive-exotic plants in our native grasslands project areas and cleaning up trash along Franklin Road.

Thank you to all of the volunteers from HCA who came out to work with our park staff and thank you to Friends of Radnor Lake for providing supplies along with a great lunch from Jason’s Deli for everyone!

Special thank you to our friends-neighbors at Church of the Advent for hosting our volunteer day which included parking and use of their church picnic pavilion for lunch!
