April 22nd, Earth Day Volunteers at Radnor Lake State Natural Area

On April 22nd, 11 volunteers came out for a special volunteer opportunity to work with our park staff cleaning up from the Flood of 2021. The focus of this workday was to remove all litter-debris from Otter Creek. Volunteers hiked the banks of Otter Creek, thru out wetland areas and hauled out over 69lbs of trash in bags, of which 38lbs were recycled as part of our Tennessee State Parks Go Green Sustainability Efforts at Radnor Lake.

Thank you to all of the volunteers and staff that worked together on Earth Day at Radnor Lake!
