Special Volunteer Day on June 26, 2017
On Monday, June 26th Radnor Lake hosted a special volunteer day (8am-4pm) for Tennessee Promise Students to acquire their community service required hours.
These 21 volunteers worked with the park ranger staff on mulching the Lake Trail via wheelbarrow and on a restoration/clean-up project at our Caretaker Residence at Radnor Lake.
Special thanks to Friends of Radnor Lake for providing gloves, bottled water and lunch (Pizza from Papa Johns) for all of our volunteers and staff for this special work day.
We would like to thank all of our volunteers (85+) who came out to work with us over the past three days at Radnor Lake!
