Unless otherwise noted, reservations for activities open at 10:00 A.M. on the Sunday before the program and will be taken until it is full.

Canoe Floats at Radnor Lake State Natural Area

  • National Trails Day Sunrise Canoe Float: Saturday, June 6th at 6am. Join Ranger Will Peters for an interpretive canoe float around Radnor Lake. Canoe Float is approximately 1.5 hours. Ages 10 years old and up. Life vest, paddles and canoes provided by Radnor Lake. Registration (required) begins on June 3rd and can be made for this program by email at Will.Peters@tn.gov

 

  • Sunset Canoe Float: Monday, June 8th at 7pm. Join Ranger Dustin Crowell for an interpretive canoe float around Radnor Lake. Canoe Float is approximately 1.5 hours. Ages 10 years old and up. Life vest, paddles and canoes provided by Radnor Lake. Registration (required) begins on June 6th and can be made for this program by email at Dustin.Crowell@tn.gov

 

  • Sunrise Canoe Float: Friday, June 12th at 6am. Join Ranger Sam King for an interpretive canoe float around Radnor Lake. Canoe Float is approximately 1.5 hours. Ages 10 years old and up. Life vest, paddles and canoes provided by Radnor Lake. Registration (required) begins on June 8th and can be made for this program by email at Sam.King@tn.gov

 
 
 

Barbara J. Mapp Aviary Education Center:

 

  • Wednesday, June 3rd at 7am-1pm. Join Ranger Will Peters and SIR Alex Kenney at the new aviary center at Radnor Lake for a tour, a bird of prey program and to view our three birds of prey. Reservations are not required.

 

  • Saturday, June 6th at 1pm-Sunset. Join Ranger Dustin Crowell and SIR Alex Kenney at the new aviary center at Radnor Lake for a tour, a bird of prey program at 2pm and to view our three birds of prey. Reservations are not required.

 

  • Wednesday, June 10th at 7am-1pm. Join Ranger Will Peters and SIR Alex Kenney at the new aviary center at Radnor Lake for a tour, a bird of prey program and to view our three birds of prey. Reservations are not required.
